To Order

Clients may order by telephone (505-986-1095), fax (505-820-3332), e-mail, or postal mail. We make every effort to insure that the web site accurately reflects our current inventory. Items for sale are one of a kind. Therefore, sending a purchase inquiry via fax, e-mail, or postal mail provides no guarantee of the item in question being available upon the gallery's receipt of the intention to purchase.

Payment

We accept checks and money orders. Payment must accompany an order. Items ordered with check or money order will be held for a reasonable amount of time to allow payment to arrive. Items paid for by check will then be held for shipment until the check clears our bank. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders will be accepted. New Mexico residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

Our Guarantee

Matthew Chase Ltd's guarantee comes with each item sold and insures that the item purchased is as described, authentic, and genuine. We will refund the purchase price without a time limit if the article is found not to be genuine. This guarantee is applicable to the original purchaser of the item only.

Terms

We extend return privileges on what we sell. Every attempt has been made to accurately describe each item, noting defects, if any. All references made to dates, Tribal or Pueblo affiliation, etc. are made to the best of our research and knowledge. If you are not happy with what you receive, you may return it, prepaid and insured within five business days of receipt, in the condition as sent. Shipping charges will not be refunded. On purchases of multiply items with a total value of over $1,000.00, the return of one or more of the items that brings the total value of the final purchase under $1,000.00 will necessitate a shipping charge of $18.00 on the original shipment. This fee will be deducted from any refund offered on the returned item or items.

Shipping

Please include a telephone number at which the shipping company can reach you should it become necessary for delivery. Please indicate at the time of purchase whether proof of delivery will be necessary. Such assurances may result in additional shipping charges. We suggest shipment to a business address to insure that the shipment will be signed for in an appropriate manner. Items are assumed to have arrived in a safe manner once shipments are released by the shipping company employee.

Prior Sale

Most items offered are subject to prior sale. Most items are one of a kind and we apologize if a piece in which you have interest has already been sold. We suggest that if you find something that you wish to purchase that you call a place a hold on it. Generally, a hold may be placed on a piece for forty-eight hours.
